HZXD-CF-220V/Charge 30A Discharge 100A battery charge/discharge tester is specially designed for battery packs (12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 480V) to carry out the checking discharge test, battery pack charging test, residual capacity test, battery activation and repair, daily maintenance and checking the DC power supply with load capacity. According to the charging and discharging characteristics of lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries, the tester can real-time monitor the battery voltage, current, charging and discharging time, charging and discharging capacity, and battery pack activation cycle and other parameters during the charging and discharging process. The instrument adopts embedded operating system, supports wireless data transmission, and automatically completes the whole constant current and constant voltage charging and discharging process with one-key activation. It can generate all kinds of curves, bar graphs and reports that intuitively react to the performance of the battery pack, and can be enlarged, queried and printed. Battery performance can be analysed to make battery pack maintenance and management easier and more scientific, thus extending the service life of the battery pack.
If used in conjunction with the wireless single-cell inspection module, it can effectively monitor the voltage of a single cell in a battery pack, and discover faulty batteries with serious deterioration in performance in a timely manner.
