The HZJYY-JT Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss and Volume Resistivity Tester is designed andmanufactured according to GB/T5654-2007 "Measurement of Relative Permittivity,Dielectric Loss Factor and DC Resistivity of Liquid Insulating Materials."It is used to measure the dielectric lossfactor and DC resistivity of insulating oils and other liquid insulating media.The tester features an integrated structure,incorporating an oil cup for dielectric loss,temperature controller,temperature sensor,dielectric loss test bridge,AC test power source,standard capacitor,high resistance meter,DC high voltage source,and other main components.Utilizing full digital technology,the instrument offers fully automated intelligent measurements,equipped with a large
5.7-inch TFT full-color LCD touch display.The user-friendly interface and full English menu ensurethat operators can use the instrument proficiently without specialized training.Test results can be automatically stored and printed.

1. Dielectric Loss Cup:with an inter-electrodedistance of 2mm,eliminating stray capacitance andleakage effects on dielectric loss measurements.

2. Heating Method:Uses medium-frequencyinduction heating with PID temperature control.convenient control,maintaining the temperature within a preset error range.

3. Standard Capacitor:The internal standard capacitor is an SF6-filled three-point electrode capacitor.Its dielectric loss and capacitance are unaffected by environmental temperature and humidity,ensuring precision over long-term use.

4. Protection Features:Includes over-voltage,over-current,and high-voltage short circuit protection.
The instrument quickly disconnects high voltage and issues warning messages in case of faults.
