HZXD-F-10-600V/discharge 100A battery discharge tester is specially designed for battery packs (12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 480V) to carry out the checking discharge test, the remaining capacity test of battery packs, the daily maintenance of batteries and the inspection of DC power supply with load capacity. According to the discharge characteristics of lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries, the tester can real-time monitor the battery voltage, discharge current, discharge length, discharge capacity and other parameters during the discharge process. The instrument adopts embedded operating system, automatically completes the whole discharge process, and completely realizes intelligentization. It can generate all kinds of curves, bar graphs and reports that intuitively react to the performance of the battery group, and can be enlarged, queried and printed. Battery performance can be analyzed to make battery pack maintenance and management easier and more scientific, thus prolonging the service life of the battery pack. The power consumption element adopts new type PTC, small volume, light weight, easy to move. The whole machine is controlled by microprocessor with LCD display and Chinese menu. It can be widely used in various industries such as communication, electric power, tower, battery manufacturers, new energy vehicle enterprises, railroad, subway, petrochemical and so on. With the advantages of easy operation, discharge safety, etc., it is the ideal test tool for DC system operation and maintenance testing.
If used in conjunction with the wireless single-cell inspection module, it can effectively monitor the voltage of a single cell in a battery pack, and discover faulty batteries with serious deterioration in performance in a timely manner.

(1) Constant current discharge function for battery packs: the constant current discharge current is continuously adjustable, and the capacity of battery packs can be measured precisely.

(2) Wide test voltage range: covering 10-600V voltage range battery pack discharge test, the maximum discharge current reaches 120A, a machine multi-purpose, to meet a variety of voltage levels (12V/24V/48V/110V/220V/380V/480V) of the battery pack test.

(3) The product is discharged by polymer positive temperature coefficient resistance (Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient) with high safety coefficient, avoiding the phenomenon of red heat, environmental adaptability is stronger, so that the whole process of discharging test is more secure and stable.

(4) the main control board imported STMicroelectronics (STMicroelectronics) high-performance ARM for the CPU: stable performance, high frequency, powerful, discharge process using dual-CPU redundancy design, the main CPU and vice-CPU work together to maximize the protection of the safety and reliability of the test.

(5) 7-inch true color touch display: 1024x800 resolution high-definition touch screen, can intuitively display bar graphs, tables, graphs, data reports, help documents. (7) Historical data curve view: the built-in data files can be queried in the form of charts and waveform curves, as well as zoom in, zoom out, left shift, right shift and other multi-angle display of the waveform graph.

(8) Powerful data storage and backup function: built-in 16GB data storage space, can store more than 1,000 groups of charge/discharge data, and support historical data viewing, analysis, deletion and other functions, with a 16G U disk, through the PC terminal host computer software for data analysis and backup management.

(9) With calibration function: the instrument is equipped with voltage and current calibration and correction function, which can be used to calibrate and correct the measurement error on the spot to ensure the measurement accuracy. This function is especially suitable for the consistency requirements of the instrument readings and field instruments.

(10) A variety of discharge test alarm functions can be set: including discharge capacity, discharge time, single-unit voltage threshold, the whole group voltage threshold, etc., one of the test conditions to automatically stop charging and discharging, as well as over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, voltage test terminals reversed, etc., a variety of test fault alarm display.

(12) equipped with professional host computer analysis and management software: equipment generated by the depth of the analysis of test data, single-voltage curve, the whole group voltage curve, the whole group current curve, single histogram, real-time data form, and the host computer software password protection, experimental conclusions and other functions, according to the needs of the automatic generation of Excel or Word document format reports and then print the archive.
