HZY-Z Oil Surface Tension Tester adopts the circular method to measure the surface tension of various liquids (liquid-gas phase interface) and the interfacial tension between mineral oil and water (liquid-liquid phase interface) under non-equilibrium conditions. The instrument adopts microprocessor technology, with high degree of automation, simple operation and reliable work. After the sample under test is injected into the sample cup, the instrument can automatically complete the measurement of the specimen as long as the start button is pressed and the tension value of the specimen under test can be calculated automatically according to the specific parameters entered.
1. This instrument adopts the Vineland bridge sine wave oscillator composed of high-precision and high-speed operational amplifier, which has the characteristics of small distortion and easy debugging. Under the non-equilibrium conditions, it can measure the (surface) interfacial tension of various liquid-gas phase and liquid---liquid phase, with simple operation, stable and reliable work, and automatic calculation of the tension value, which can be used in the determination of (surface )interfacial tension of product such as petroleum,chemical industry ,electric power,pharmaceutical liquids and so on.
2.The instrument adopts the new and improved magnetic pot closed electromagnetic force balance sensor, which improves the response speed and linearity; the new sensor only needs to be calibrated at one point, which solves the problem that the previous generation of sensors need to be calibrated at many points to ensure linearity and accuracy.
3.The internal microprocessor of the instrument can also implement two-way compensation according to the working temperature, taking 25ºC as the bench mark, and the compensation range can meet the ambient temperature of all laboratories.
