HZXD-F-10-600V/discharge 100A battery discharge tester is specially designed for battery packs (12V, 24V, 48V, 110V, 220V, 380V, 480V) to carry out the checking discharge test, the remaining capacity test of battery packs, the daily maintenance of batteries and the inspection of DC power supply with load capacity. According to the discharge characteristics of lead-acid batteries and lithium batteries, the tester can real-time monitor the battery voltage, discharge current, discharge length, discharge capacity and other parameters during the discharge process. The instrument adopts embedded operating system, automatically completes the whole discharge process, and completely realizes intelligentization. It can generate all kinds of curves, bar graphs and reports that intuitively react to the performance of the battery group, and can be enlarged, queried and printed. Battery performance can be analyzed to make battery pack maintenance and management easier and more scientific, thus prolonging the service life of the battery pack. The power consumption element adopts new type PTC, small volume, light weight, easy to move. The whole machine is controlled by microprocessor with LCD display and Chinese menu. It can be widely used in various industries such as communication, electric power, tower, battery manufacturers, new energy vehicle enterprises, railroad, subway, petrochemical and so on. With the advantages of easy operation, discharge safety, etc., it is the ideal test tool for DC system operation and maintenance testing.
If used in conjunction with the wireless single-cell inspection module, it can effectively monitor the voltage of a single cell in a battery pack, and discover faulty batteries with serious deterioration in performance in a timely manner.

(3) The product is discharged by polymer positive temperature coefficient resistance (Polymeric Positive Temperature Coefficient) with high safety coefficient, avoiding the phenomenon of red heat, environmental adaptability is stronger, so that the whole process of discharging test is more secure and stable.
