In the production process of semi-finished and finished products of power transformers, before the newly installed transformers are put into operation and according to the preventive test regulations of the State Ministry of Electric Power, it is required to carry out the turns ratio or voltage ratio test on the operating transformers, so as to check the correctness of the turns ratio of the transformer, the condition of the tap changer, whether the transformer is short-circuited between turns, and whether the transformers can be operated in parallel or not. The traditional ratio bridge reading is not intuitive, to be converted, and can only be measured phase by phase.XXF ratio tester overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional ratio bridge test, easy and intuitive to operate, and adopts a three-phase precision inverter power supply, fast testing and high accuracy.

1.The instrument internally adopts three-phase precision inverter power supply instead of single-phase utility power supply as the measurement voltage, which eliminates the harmonic influence of utility voltage during measurement and makes the measurement more accurate. When the working power is generator, there is no influence.
