HZWJE series of non-local discharge withstand voltage test device is mainly used for high voltage circuit breakers, insulators, lightning arrester, switches, mutual inductors, cable accessories, high voltage coils and other specimens to carry out the frequency withstand voltage, partial discharge and other scientific test research. The whole set of equipment includes intelligent insulation test comprehensive control system, digital correction pulse generator, input unit, frequency corona-free test transformer, no local discharge coupling capacitor, no local discharge protection resistor, electric regulator and isolation filtering device. The whole set of equipment is required to be used indoors, with a good and dedicated grounding system, grounding resistance value <0.5Ω, the smaller the better.

I. HZWJF-50/120 Non-local Discharge Withstand Voltage Test Device
The main interface of the touch screen can complete the same control function as the upper computer. The panel can digitally display the current test voltage, test current and other necessary information, and manually set up the boosting curve (set up the rated voltage, the local discharge test current and other necessary parameters), and complete the local discharge, voltage withstand and other tests with a single key.
The panel is equipped with an emergency stop button switch, which can be pressed in case of emergency and the system will automatically break the main circuit switch. The panel is equipped with a power button, which can be pressed to start the system with electricity.
The controller has an external control function, providing start button, stop button, and test result status indicator that can be connected to the generator section. The controller has reserved interfaces for external red and green indicators, which can be used to install red and green indicators in the main loop body part.
