The Battery Internal Resistance Analyzer, also known as the general-purpose rechargeable battery internal resistance tester, is designed to measure the internal resistance, voltage, and temperature of rechargeable batteries such as lead-acid and lithium batteries. It serves as an instrument to assess the health status of batteries and can also be used for measuring the Equivalent Series Resistance (ESR) parameters of electrolytic capacitors (for reference only). This instrument employs AC 4-terminal testing method to measure battery internal resistance, ensuring accurate measurements unaffected by contact resistance between test leads, terminals, and battery electrodes. It features functions such as data storage, data retrieval, alarms, and automatic shutdown. The general-purpose rechargeable battery internal resistance analyzer is controlled by a microprocessor, equipped with a 16-bit ADC internally to accurately detect battery internal resistance, voltage, and temperature. It operates without stopping the UPS system during measurement, using AC low-resistance measurement and noise reduction technology. This allows measurements to be conducted without interrupting the normal operation of the equipment being tested, significantly reducing testing time. Additionally, it includes features such as data storage, bar graph display, data upload to computers, and wireless measurement and data retrieval via Bluetooth connection with smart devices like computers, smartphones, and tablets.
