Main Function and Features of test bench

1. The test method of the instrument is in accordance with the requirements of DL408 'Electricity Safety Working Procedure' and 'Electricity Safety Apparatus Preventive Test Procedure'.

2. The test bench adopts hand-automatic integrated design, and all automatic control functions can be completed by computer. Close the computer using the test bench can also complete the automatic test function.

3. The test voltage and 8 leakage current curves can be displayed in real time when controlled by computer.

4. The test process is fully automatic, according to 75% of the test voltage below 1kV/S, 75% of the test voltage above 0.1kV/S speed test, maintain the test voltage, timing to automatically reduce the voltage and record the leakage current, back to zero automatically cut off, and give a prompt, the end of the test.

5. The equipment has over-current, over-voltage and breakdown protection.

6. The test equipment has a high-voltage hazard warning light display.

7. The instrument adopts large screen liquid crystal display with Chinese characters, displaying output voltage, input current, high-voltage leakage current, timing time and other parameters as well as the content of the Chinese character prompts on one screen.

8. Equipped with insulated boots and gloves withstand voltage table simultaneously for 8 insulated boots or insulated gloves test, respectively measure the leakage current.

9. The insulating boots and gloves withstand voltage table adopts infrared communication patented technology, which makes the operating table and the high-voltage system completely isolated to ensure the safety of the test personnel.
