The Transformer Winding Deformation Tester is used to test the deformation of windings inpower transformers with voltage levels of 6kV and above,as well as transformers for other specialpurposes.During operation or transportation,power transformers inevitably suffer from various faultshort-circuit currents or physical impact.Under the strong electromagnetic force generated by short-circuit currents,transformer windings may lose stability,leading to permanent deformation such aslocal twisting,bulging,or displacement.This can severely affect the safe operation of transformers.According to the national electric power industry standard DL/T911-2004,the frequency responseanalysis method is used to measure transformer winding deformation.This involves detecting theamplitude-frequency response characteristics of each winding and performing longitudinal ortransverse comparisons of the detection results.The degree of change in amplitude-frequencyresponse characteristics is used to determine potential winding deformations.
