Established in 1993, the company was founded by senior experts from Wuhan High Voltage Research Institute and Huazhong University of Science and Technology, endowing the enterprise with solid technical accumulation and continuous innovation capability.

The company focuses on the development and production of high-performance power testing equipment, including lightning impulse generators, partial discharge testers, high-current temperature rise test systems, and integrated test systems for transformers, switchgears and motors. In addition to standard equipment supply, we provide one-stop engineering services covering shielding room design, installation, grounding design and construction. The company operates two core bases in Wuhan: An industrial production and testing base in Optics Valley Electromechanical Park, and an R&D and administrative center at Wuhan Kechuang Center, forming a complete industrial system integrating research, manufacturing and market operation.
